Our kitchen is rooted in the markets of Barcelona and the fields of Ontario. We cook with fire, salt, and time, letting each ingredient speak in a Catalan accent. Wood-fired grills, slow braises, and the patient reduction of sauces form the backbone of a menu that changes with the seasons and never loses sight of home.
